Due to the perishable nature of our high-protein baked goods, we cannot accept physical returns of food items once they have shipped. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will offer a replacement or store credit if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Package
Upon arrival, please check your protein donuts and bakeshop treats for any signs of shipping damage or temperature concerns.

If there is an issue, take clear photos of the packaging and the product to help our quality control team verify the claim.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the photos you captured.
- 4.Receive Resolution
Once approved, we will process a fresh replacement shipment or issue a store credit to ensure you get the ProDough experience you deserve.
